Refund/Return Policy

We do not provide any refund towards any service. The client has up to five days from the initial service date to request any changes or corrections resulting from their original service that was provided. The client must book their change/correction appointment within a maximum of one week from the 5th day after their initial service date. Please contact either the stylist you worked with and/or the salon to request any changes/corrections and we would be more than happy to assist you.

We would like to remind you that if you choose to perform any hair treatments/color changes/color remover/bleaching at home or another salon after we have completed your service, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur as a result.

Please note that our policy does not allow for refunds on services once you leave the salon. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We accept returns for products up to 15 days from initial purchase.

*All deposits made via phone with a credit card or cash are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternate date or service. Deposits serve to secure appointments, and as such, are required at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation or no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained by the business.
